Cancellation Policy
By purchasing any resume or career transition package from MTB Leadership Labs, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Refunds & Final Sale All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Due to the customized nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. Please ensure you are ready to engage in the process before booking. 2. Active Participation & Timely Engagement Success in career branding and transition coaching requires your full participation. By purchasing a package, you commit to: Providing all requested materials (past resumes, career history, etc.) within 5 business days of booking. Responding to drafts, revisions, and scheduling requests within 3 business days to maintain momentum. Attending all scheduled coaching and strategy sessions on time. Failure to actively participate may result in forfeiture of services without refund. MTB Leadership Labs is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client responsiveness. 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy Coaching sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a coaching session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled. 4. Expiration of Services All services must be utilized within 90 days of purchase. If you fail to complete the process within this timeframe due to lack of responsiveness, your package will be considered fulfilled, and no further services will be provided. 5. Scope of Work Each package includes the specified deliverables as outlined at the time of purchase. Additional revisions, services, or coaching outside the package scope will require an additional fee. 6. Confidentiality & Professionalism All information shared during this process will be kept confidential. MTB Leadership Labs commits to providing high-quality, professional services, and we expect the same level of professionalism in client communications.
